And coming this December....
Hi, welcome to Your Day Ibiza!
My name is Danielle, I am a wedding / baby naming / special occasion celebrant with a passion for creating ceremonies that are personal, meaningful, fun and memorable.
Originally from Poole in Dorset, I now live on the beautiful, diverse island of Ibiza, with my very handsome boyfriend and our French Bulldog, Buffy.
From a young teen, watching romantic comedies and reading cheesy novels was my biggest guilty pleasure, and although I still enjoy a good Rom-Com, I now get to hear real love stories every day, which is obviously SO much better!
I have always been much better at expressing my own emotions through writing and being a Celebrant gives me an opportunity to do this for others - and for one of the most significant and memorable days of their lives. It is so lovely and such an honour to be chosen to do this, that I almost can't put it into words (but I can, because I'm good at my job).
My passion is to create ceremonies that are personal, unique, and that don't sound like they are standard template that could be used for anyone celebrating the same event. They should capture the personalities and the values of the people involved, and be enjoyed and remembered by everyone present.
I love what I do and I spend a lot of time making sure that I stay up to date, knowledgeable and inspired. I trained as a Celebrant with an amazing company and was lucky enough to have one of the top Celebrants in the UK as my mentor. I'm also involved in groups and communities of Celebrants from all over the world who share advice, tips, inspiration and ideas with each other - so I'm never scared to be asked a question I don't know the answer to, because I have a huge, supportive network of people behind me who will.
I pride myself on being easily contactable and quick to respond, if you have any questions, want to arrange a call to talk in more detail about the ceremony you would like, or would like to check my availability, get in touch and I will respond as quickly as I can.
