Interview With Wedding Ceremony Blog, Engaged and Ready!
A wedding blog dedicated to ceremonies
When I first started studying to become a Celebrant I was doing a lot of research online into other Celebrants, wedding blogs, suppliers and the wedding industry in Spain, and ideas and inspiration for ceremonies.
I hit the jackpot when I found Engaged and Ready, a blog dedicated to wedding ceremonies - owned and run by Malaga based Celebrant Natasha Johnson!
About Natasha Johnson
Natasha is a former BBC journalist turned Celebrant, she writes honestly and with so much wit and personality, that reading and learning from her site quickly became one of my favourite sources of inspiration.
She is kind of obsessed with Beyoncé, which makes her super relatable, because, who isn't?! But for me she is the Beyoncé of the Celebrant world - inspiring and motivating others, celebrating love in all it's forms, giving out awesome words of wisdom and advice, with a relaxed, funny dialogue that makes you feel like you are talking to a friend.
Since first hearing of Natasha and reading her blog, she has set up a new website and members group for Celebrants, called The Celebrants Collective - a resource hub and place for Celebrants to learn from each other and from experienced speakers, celebrants, business owners and more.
In November I will be attending a Celebrants convention set up by Natasha and her handpicked team of influencers in Malaga, and it's safe to say I am SO excited to meet and learn from her and other wonderful women!!
The reason I'm telling you all this..
I've gone totally off topic by fan-girling a bit (okay, a lot) - but what I actually wanted to tell you is that Engaged and Ready have just posted an interview with yours truly on their site! Ahh!!
It's such an honour to be featured on the site which inspired me from the very beginning of my journey.
So, I'll stop babbling on now so that you can go and read my interview, where you can read about my favourite ceremonies on Ibiza, the highlights of my career so far, some close-call bloopers, and what I get up to here when I'm not performing gorgeous wedding ceremonies...
When you've finished reading I urge you to take a look around the site and get inspired by the real weddings, vow inspiration, readings, script examples and incredible rituals you can include on your magical day.
I hope you enjoy the interview, and please feel free to get in touch or leave a comment if you have any questions for me or want to check my availability for your wedding date on Ibiza, Formentera, (or Mallorca, Menorca, and mainland Spain!).
